Briana Wight
Briana leads D&B Thermal with a background in commercial construction, architectural design, and project management. Her experience across multiple construction sectors allows her to align design intent, technical performance, and disciplined execution on every project.
She brings more than a decade of direct experience in cold storage construction to the company. Mentored early by D&B Thermal founder Warren Jefferis, Briana developed a working knowledge of the trade from the field up — walking job sites, learning installation standards, and understanding the operational realities behind every build.
After earning her degree from Drexel University, she continued expanding her expertise within thermal construction, combining technical understanding with structured leadership. Today, she drives D&B Thermal’s growth with a solution-focused mindset, strong client relationships, and a commitment to performance at scale.
She isn’t just continuing a legacy — she’s building the next phase of it.
