Jim oversees construction operations and project coordination across D&B Thermal’s national portfolio, ensuring consistent execution, disciplined scheduling, and performance-driven results.

He brings nearly a decade of experience within the insulated metal panel industry, with project work spanning cold storage, food processing, aerospace, and architectural applications. A Penn State alumnus, Jim was raised in a family with more than 100 years of construction ownership — shaping his early understanding of accountability, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.

That foundation informs how he approaches every project: with urgency, precision, and a commitment to protecting the client’s investment as if it were his own.
